GENERAL TERMS- Commissions are worked on in the order of request.- I can publish the commissions, but if you do not wish to do so, please let me know in advance.- I can use the pieces to promote my art, if you have any questions let me know.- I may decline any assignment due to inconvenience &/or other reasons.- You can publish my works with the necessary credit.- Don't modify, change or trace the illustration in any way.
(If you commission a sketch or other type of illustration, you are not allowed to tell another artist to finish it &/or change it.- Files are sent by email.- Don't use my works to train IAs, as NFTs or blockchain.

• COMMISSIONS

- During the commission you will receive wips. (Sketch, line + base color, etc.)- You will only be able to make changes to the art and color in the sketch phase.- Changes outside the sketch will have extra costs.- Please inform in advance if the commission has NSFW or fetish themes.- DON'T send NSFW information unsolicited.- Fetish art have an extra fee. (15% - 50%) In specific cases.-Provide examples of characters, pose & any important details.- Characters with lots of details & complications may have an extra cost.- Delivery time will depend on the complexity of the artwork, if there are personal delays you will be informed immediately.
(If the order has a specific deadline, it is recommended to inform in advance)- I work on canvases larger than 2048px - 3000px, depending on the art and its needs the measurements will change.- The assignment is considered completed once the final work is delivered and the client gives the go-ahead or if the client does not respond within 48 hours

• PAYMENT TERMS

- Payment will be made within 24 hours after confirmation of the commission. (Exceptions are made if you explain the situation to me, but I will not start with the commission before payment)- I currently only accept USD via Paypal or Kofi.- There is no refund if you are not satisfied with the final result.- There is no refund if you cancel.- Payment is in advance, I have references.

• CREDITS & RIGHTS

- I retain copyright and original ownership of the artwork, including advertising and displaying the work on my social media, websites, and portfolios. Also, Redistribution and reproduction.- I have the right to reuse unused (discarded) process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.- You cannot claim the work as your own or someone else's, therefore you must credit me as the artist using my tag / username /or link ( Yigarit ).- Under no circumstances may you use my illustrations/works to train artificial intelligence ( IA's ) Not for NFT or blockchain purposes.By hiring me you agree to all my terms, I am not responsible if you do not read them or do not give them importance. If you do not agree with any of my terms we can reach an agreement privately or Just don't hire me.
